Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping items abroad
We Ship all items including flavors to most of the countries. In any case, there is a problem with Customs clearance (Rare Case), We only refund the amount after deducting the courier charges.
Our company is not responsible for any kind of extra charges on the shipments to local destinations.
WE OFFER FIRST CLASS SHIPPING EITHER THROUGH DHL OR ARAMEX
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from a courier partner along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by Either DHL or Aramex.
To return your product, you should mail your product to Starbuzz Al Sharq Al Awsat LLC, Jumeira Plaza, Shop 17, Dubai DU, United Arab Emirates or we will arrange the return pick up but the customer has to bear the return charges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
